What is new in version 3.83, 2012-09-21 

1. Big problem. Collision handling is not stable especially around shoes for animation making.
2. CPU Usage percentage is not zero at start-up. 
3. Crash when entering a value over the seam line length in Seam Line Length Input dialog. 
4. Point/Line is not translated as much as input value on Translation dialog 
5. The color of selected Arrangement Point.
